Hi, my name is Sue Waters and I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating the PDSP project for the Visage Training Centre. I am currently work part time as an aquaculture lecturer (i.e. teach people how to farm fish) and Project Officer with Annelieske Noteboom for Innovative Learning.
This is the first time I have had to oversee the coordination of a project and I must say I have been enjoying it. And I could not do it without the great participants from the Visage Training Centre, mentoring from Annelieske Noteboom, assistance from Tena Hille & Paula Delaney (for their marvelous coordination of catering arrangements, room booking), Jennifer Hanks (room bookings), my co-facilitators Frances McLean and Elisabeth Elsman (plus database designer). It has been an excellent opportunity to develop a project and work closely with lecturers from other sections of the College.
While I am relatively new to project facilitation I have been working with mobile technology since late 2005 and was involved with Challenger TAFEs mobile technology project last year; this experience has been valuable for planning PD for the Visage lecturers. If you want more information on mobile technology please check out my websites:
